Birth Doula

However you plan your birth (or not plan for that matter), someone in your corner to offer reassurance, & support you with whatever you decide, can make a huge difference. While a birth doula is not a medical professional, they work as part of the team supporting both you & your birthing partner as you prepare for the birth & during the birth itself. It can also be hugely helpful to have additional support to initiate both early bonding & breastfeeding.

Antenatal sessions, birth attendance & some early postnatal support can all be part of the birth doula package, which will be tailored to suit just what you need.
