Antenatal Coffee Morning

I’m really excited to begin monthly Antenatal Coffee Mornings. I’m Katina, a Portishead based Doula & Certified Breastfeeding Specialist. I support women during pregnancy, & have a passion for helping them to prepare for life with a new baby.
It’s invaluable to have a little heads up on life with a newborn. Infant feeding, sleep, normal infant behaviour, your own body & wellbeing, are all topics where a little early knowledge can make a big difference.
At the monthly coffee mornings we can discuss preparing for birth (which is always the hot topic), but we’ll also explore what support there is locally for you, listen to how you’re feeling & talk about life with your newborn.
Come along at any point in your pregnancy. You’ll be very welcome to join for just one session or come every month. It’s a great opportunity to connect with other expectant mums in the area & I’ll be on hand to help you feel more informed, empowered & supported during this new stage in your life.
If mornings are tricky for you, I also run monthly evening sessions too.
